Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin is pleased to announce that John Harris has joined the firm in the Litigation Department on the Personal Injury Practice Team.
John focuses his practice on a wide variety of personal injury matters – effectively trying every day to right the wrongs that have been committed by the negligence of others. A fierce advocate, John focuses on helping his clients get the best possible resolution for the damages and pain they have incurred.
Prior to joining the firm, John practiced law in Georgia where he handled a variety of business matters for clients including trademark applications, partnership and vendor agreements, NDAs and domestic contracts. He gained important experience looking for ways to mitigate risk and limit liability for his clients.
After law school, John served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. While in law school, John had a series of internships at such places as: the City of Harrisburg Pa. Solicitor’s Office, Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission – Investigation and Enforcement Unit and the Pennsylvania Legislative Reference Bureau that gave him a great deal of practice experience which he relies on today.
John is a member of the Montgomery, Philadelphia, and Barristers’ Bar Associations and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Georgia. A cum laude graduate of Georgia State University (B.S., 2015), John received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 2018.
