Christian Rogers Joins Elegran | Forbes Global Properties

Elegran | Forbes Global Properties is pleased to announce the recent addition of Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker Christian Rogers to its team.

Rogers brings over 17 years of experience in the New York real estate market, most recently running a successful team at Compass. He got his start in the business at Mercedes Berk, a small firm that he credits for laying the foundation for his future success. From there, Rogers moved on to join Core where – for nearly a decade – he gained exposure to the new development space, working on projects such as 93 Worth, 15 Renwick, and 550 West 29th and continued to hone his resale craft at higher levels.

He is extremely grateful for the many different experiences and support he has received from his prior firms and colleagues over the years, with this transition, he hopes to make it one of giving back to the industry.

Rogers has represented over $620 million in transactions. Notably, he represented the purchaser in one of the highest-priced residential co-op purchases in New York City’s history at 944 Fifth Avenue. In addition to his impressive track record as a top-producing New York City real estate agent, Rogers is known for his incredibly high trust quotient and proven ability to build enduring relationships within the industry.
