An impressive 75% of the 399 residences at The Wyldes in Harrison, NJ have been leased just six months after opening, marking an unprecedented rental pace for the Hudson County town.

Situated within the Riverbend District, a transformative 35-acre neighborhood along the banks of the Passaic River adjacent to the Harrison PATH Station and just ten miles from New York City, The Wyldes is the third property developed by Advance Realty Investors in the burgeoning area.
