MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc., a San Diego, CA-based independent health solutions, technology, and pharmacy benefit management provider, completed the the previously announced acquisition of Elixir Solutions, a Philadelphia, PA-based pharmacy benefits and services company.
Rite Aid Corporation (OTC: RADCQ) sold Elixir Solutions for approximately $576.5m.
The acquisition expands the company’s portfolio of clinical, technology, health risk management, and consumer empowerment capabilities.
