Amy Oden Joins Pashman Stein Walder Hayden as an Associate

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden is pleased to announce that Amy M. Oden has joined the firm as an Associate in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice.  Prior to joining Pashman Stein, Oden was an associate in New York at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Togut, Segal & Segal LLP.

The Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice group at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden advises clients across the country in complex financial restructuring and bankruptcy related transactions and litigation matters. The addition of Oden to the team further strengthens and expands a thriving team of attorneys working alongside practice chair John W. Weiss, who launched the practice group in March 2022.

Oden earned her J.D. from the New York University School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the New York University Law Review.
