Redgrave Appoints Vikram Masson as a Partner in Washington, D.C.

Oversees Firm’s Advanced Review and Analytics Offering

Redgrave LLP, the premier law firm focusing exclusively on eDiscovery and information law, is proud to announce that Vikram “Vik” Masson has joined the Firm as a Partner in Washington, D.C. Vik comes to Redgrave LLP with substantial experience leading and directing managed review for litigation and investigations, as well as developing enterprise review programs for Fortune 50 companies lauded for their innovation and cost efficiency. At Redgrave LLP, Vik oversees the Firm’s strategy across all areas of its approach to document review, including legal, risk, compliance, client development, and technology, to provide clients with a best-in-class document review ecosystem.

Vik brings an ex tensive background managing large and diverse teams to deliver managed review, analytics-driven investigations, data mining reviews for breach notification, and early case assessments. With his solutions-driven approach and passion for developing services that mitigate risk and are efficient and cost-effective, Vik leads the Firm’s efforts to counsel clients and key stakeholders on identifying, implementing, and executing document review processes that produce desired and effective outcomes. Vik also advises corporate representatives regarding discovery and records management issues, prepares and executes affirmative discovery strategies, conducts internal investigations to assess and test preservation and discovery compliance issues, and identifies and prepares expert witnesses to testify regarding preservation and discovery compliance issues. In addition, he serves as an expert witness in connection with preservation and discovery compliance issues.

Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Vik spent over a decade in various roles at UnitedLex, where he built premier organizations in managed review and client services on three continents. “I am honored to join Redgrave LLP’s outstanding roster of internationally recognized attorneys, technologists, and thought leaders,” said Masson. “We have a unique opportunity to build the premier law firm-led advanced document review offering.”
