The Allen Morris Company, one of the largest diversified real estate firms in the southeast, represented global aviation giant AerSale Corporation in a 35,718 sq ft, full-floor lease at Doral Costa Office Park, located at 9850 NW 41st Street., Doral Florida.
It was the single-largest new lease in the Doral sub-market for 2023. AerSale Corporation will be relocating from their current offices in Coral Gables and expects to occupy the space in September 2024.
Thad Adams, Managing Director of Brokerage Services at The Allen Morris Company, along with Rafael del Rosal and Maricarmen Cabrera, also with The Allen Morris Company, represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Kevin Gonzalez, Senior Vice President, Tom Farmer, Vice President and Stephen Rutchik, Vice Chairman with Colliers, represented the landlord.
Publicly traded AerSale is a global aviation leader specializing in the sale, lease, and exchange of used aircraft, engines, and components. In addition, they provide a broad range of maintenance, repair, and overhaul and engineering services for commercial aircraft and components.
