Charles “Chas” Meier brings over 20 years of in-depth technology expertise and eDiscovery industry experience to X1 having previously held long-term senior positions at KPMG and other prominent multinational organizations in the eDiscovery space. “Chas is a highly skilled business and technology expert with a deep-rooted background in product strategy and development of enterprise eDiscovery software and services,“ said Larry Gill, Chief Executive Officer at X1. “We are absolutely thrilled to bring Chas on board at X1. His extensive domain expertise, robust Microsoft 365 knowledge, and deep familiarity with RelativityOne and cloud-based SaaS solutions aligns perfectly with our Enterprise growth plans. Prior to joining X1, Chas Meier was Advisory Managing Director at KPMG US for over two decades where he held leadership positions in development, operations, support and optimization of multiple eDiscovery platform solutions from inception to market adoption. Prior to that, Chas enjoyed successful tenures at Arthur Andersen Los Angeles, where he introduced and delivered fundamental forensic technology used in high-profile matters, and before that helped lead development at Hennigan, Mercer, & Bennett and Stone & Webster Engineering/LADWP. Chas has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State University and A&M College and holds certifications in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Reveal AI, and successfully reached Reveal Academy Certified Genius status.
