Area Agency on Aging of Broward County to Hold 42nd Annual Installation Dinner

The Area Agency on Aging of Broward County (AAABC) is pleased to announce its 42nd Annual Installation Dinner, taking place on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at the Renaissance Fort Lauderdale West Hotel. A cocktail reception will begin at 6 p.m. followed by dinner and an awards presentation.

Join the AAABC for a night of networking and celebration alongside Broward’s business leaders, local dignitaries and community partners as the organization recognizes the contributions of its Board of Directors, Advisory Council and partners supporting its senior advocacy initiatives.

“It is an honor to recognize community partners inside and outside our organization that bring a range of perspectives, expertise and wealth of volunteer experience to our Broward seniors,” states Charlotte Mather-Taylor, CEO of AAABC. “We look forward to a memorable night, acknowledging the outstanding contributions of our awardees and milestone cities.”

The awards ceremony will honor those who have dedicated time and resources to support AAABC’s programs for older adults in Broward County. Recipients include Volunteer of the Year Pauline Grant, Project Leader of the Year Patricia Jones, Project Director of the Northwest Federated Woman’s Club of Broward County, and milestone cities such as Coconut Creek, Deerfield Beach, Hillsboro Beach, Hallandale Beach and Weston.
