Realterm Expands London Investment Team with Addition of Tamsin Layton

Realterm today announced that Tamsin Layton has joined as the firm’s Head of Investments for the UK.

In her new capacity, Layton will collaborate closely with the firm’s business development team driving investment initiatives in Europe. Layton will also work with the Realterm team to move all aspects of transactions forward from initial identification through final delivery.

“Tamsin is a seasoned and versatile veteran of the London and European investment markets with an expansive skillset. Layton brings more than a decade of professional real estate experience, totaling more than £3 billion in transactions. Most recently she served as an Associate Partner on the European Logistics Capital Markets team at Knight Frank. During this tenure, Layton advised global capital on the sale and acquisition of industrial and logistics real estate across continental Europe. Prior to Knight Frank, Layton spent nearly seven years at Cushman & Wakefield, in which she advised on a wide variety of occupational and investment transactions in the industrial, retail and office sectors.

At Knight Frank, Layton was selected as a member of the KFX program’s ‘People’ board, which focuses on creating a diverse and inclusive workforce. Layton holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University in Oxford, England.
