Jack Davis, Chase Dewese, Joe Simpson, and Joce Messinger, investment specialists with the DDM Hotels Group of Marcus & Millichap, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Parks Hospitality Group, in addition to procuring the Georgia-based buyer.
“Not only did we achieve 99-percent of the asking price,” says Davis, “But this transaction also reflects a record price per key in Macon.”
Tru by Hilton–Macon North is located at 107 Providence Boulevard in Macon. Constructed in 2021 on two acres of land, the hotel is conveniently positioned off Interstate 75.
