Marshall Dennehey Attorney Rebecca Doloski Named Secretary of CLM Western Florida Chapter Board

Marshall Dennehey, a leading civil defense litigation law firm with four offices in Florida, is pleased to announce that Rebecca L. Doloski has been named secretary of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) Western Florida Chapter Board. Her term starts in January 2024.

In beginning her term, Doloski joins Marshall Dennehey shareholder Michael J. Bradford, who serves as the Vice President of the CLM Western Florida Chapter Board.

Doloski is an associate in the firm’s Tampa office and a member of the Casualty Department. She represents defendants in third-party insurance defense matters concerning negligence, automobile liability, premises liability, and personal injury. Additionally, she devotes a portion of her practice to maritime litigation.

A graduate of Stetson University College of Law, Doloski received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Saint Xavier University in Chicago, IL. She is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
