Treeline, a prominent New York-based real estate developer, owner, and investor in office, multifamily, and industrial properties, is pleased to announce the appointment of Shuvam Bhaumik as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations.
In his new role, Bhaumik will spearhead the expansion of Treeline’s investor base and provide oversight of investor relations for Treeline’s existing investor group.
“We are thrilled to welcome Shuvam as our new Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, who will play a pivotal role in the firm’s continued growth as we expand our platform into new asset classes and markets,” said Treeline Principal Daniel Schor, who also serves as the firm’s Chief Business Development Officer.
Bhaumik brings two decades of experience in private asset management to Treeline, advising institutions, individuals, and families on developing and executing investment strategies for capital appreciation. He has counseled family offices, private equity firms, venture capital firms, entrepreneurs, and business owners on their investments and overall asset planning strategies. Prior to joining Treeline, he served as a managing partner at SB Investment Partners | Family Office LLC and spent several years at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.
Bhaumik attended Long Island University on a golf scholarship. He remains very active in competitive golf, both at the local and national level. He is also thoroughly involved in community service, having served as the Sergeant at Arms for the Chelsea Rotary Club, a member of the finance committee for Roca, and a board member of the Mother Carolina Academy & Education Center.
