PulteGroup, one of the nation’s largest home builders, has acquired 43.6 acres in unincorporated Palm Beach County for Greyhawk Landing, a DiVosta Homes community of 131 single-family homes. The former farmland sits across from Valencia Shores Boulevard near Lyons Road and Hypoluxo Road close to Lake Worth Beach’s city limits.
With this project, PulteGroup will have seven communities in Palm Beach County. In October, it acquired 27 acres near the intersection of Military Trail and Hypoluxo Road to build 210 upscale townhomes for Everton. The builder recently closed out sales at The Fields, a large-scale DiVosta development located just west of the Florida Turnpike in Lake Worth.
“Our commitment to Palm Beach County remains strong,” said Brent Baker, PulteGroup’s Southeast Florida Division President. “We continue to find great development sites to meet the demand for new construction homes.”
Greyhawk Landing homes will start in the $700s offering floorplans with the latest consumer-inspired features: zero-entry showers, point-of-use storage, wider hallways, and flowing spaces. Specific residence designs for the community will be announced later.
Amenities include a community pool, and a clubhouse with a fitness center. Owners will not have to pay Community Development District (CDD) fees.
Greyhawk Landing will be ideal for families as it is located near A-rated schools including Coral Reef Elementary and Park Vista High School. The Lake Worth Road interchange with Florida’s Turnpike is just three miles away.
