Ms. Ray joined Zetlin & De Chiara in 2019. She represents construction industry professionals in a wide variety of litigation matters. She has a stellar track record of representing her clients in numerous forums, including state and federal court, mediation, arbitrations, and hearings.
Ms. Ray was selected to the 2021 Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation’s Emerging Leaders program. She was featured in both the New York Real Estate Journal‘s 2020 and Best Lawyers Ones to Watch lists. Ms. Ray was recently selected by the Women Builders Council (WBC) as one of WBC’s 2023 Outstanding Women. Ms. Ray previously clerked for the Honorable Rudolph N. Hawkins, Jr., of the New Jersey Superior Court. She earned her J.D. from Villanova School of Law and her B.A. from Williams College. Ms. Ray spends her time performing community outreach and activism in her town of Howell, New Jersey through Howell NJ First.
