Gideon Price has joined Lee & Associates | Maryland, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Columbia, Maryland as an Associate. Price brings four years of business and commercial real estate experience to this position and formerly worked for Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate.
In his new role with the company, Price will handle tenant and landlord leasing representation in the greater Baltimore-Washington, D.C. region. His responsibilities will include developing and executing customized real estate strategies for companies and organizations with new location or expansion requirements. Price will also be engaged in representing private owners, developers with dispositions and acquisitions.

He is licensed in Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Delaware so he is uniquely qualified to assist in regional searches for clients who may want to secure multiple locations in the DMV.
