Karell Trial Attorneys, an Atlanta-based personal injury law practice, has acquired a three-story, 3,600-square-foot office at 20 Lenox Pointe in Buckhead to serve as its headquarters and second location. Austin Hibbard and Merrit Milam from Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions team represented Karell Trial Attorneys in the acquisition.

Built in 1985, the single-tenant building is located at the intersection of Lenox Road and Buford Highway, offering direct access to Buckhead, Interstate 85 and GA-400. Karell Trial Attorneys will begin operating in the space at the beginning of the year.
