DiVosta Opens Four Model Homes At Harbor Isle In Vero Beach

DiVosta, the luxury-home brand offered by PulteGroup, has opened four furnished models at Harbor Isle near the beach and Indian River Lagoon. The builder is planning 270 single-family homes on the 100-acre property less than a mile west of Wabasso Causeway Park.

DiVosta is offering two distinct home collections at Harbor Isle. The new Garden Series features beautiful, open-concept layouts and luxurious upgrades. Home sizes range from 1,405 square feet to 2,068 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms, 2-2.5 bathrooms and two-car garages. The homes are affordably priced starting from $471,990 to $537,990. The one-story Hallmark and two-story Seaport designs are available for tours.

The Classic Series was created for buyers who desire more space and additional features. Home sizes range from 1,662 square feet to 2,894 square feet with 2-5 bedrooms, 2-4 bathrooms and two-car garages. Prices start from $513,990 to $618,990. The one-story Highgate and two-story Whitestone models in this series are available for tours.
