The Brokerage Team of Jay Nuss, Angela Nuss and Liz Tavares facilitated the Lease of approximately 7,000 square feet of space on the 3rd Floor at 161 Forbes Road in Braintree. The Property Owner, Lamour Community Health Institute, Inc. purchased the property in June 2022. The team facilitated a lease to the non-profit, Elements Academy, Inc., formerly located in Quincy and, most recently, Weymouth.
Elements Academy, Inc. is a non-profit private micro-school and family wellness community serving grades pre-K through 12th grade. The school focuses on working with each student both individually and in small group settings in more flexible ways. Daily outdoor exploration and activity, working with the child’s rhythm, and multi-age classrooms with a 5:1 student to teacher ratio are three examples of the non-profit school’s flexibility.
