Freudenheim Partners announced today that their client, Bodhi Spa, New England’s premier hydrotherapy spa, has purchased 10 Cottage Street in Norwood for $1,450,000 ($165/SF). The 8,770 SF office building will be the Spas’ third location. The spa also operates additional locations in Providence and Newport, Rhode Island.
Ellie Cullinan negotiated the purchase of the building on behalf of the buyer, Bodhi Spa, while Brendan Coan of Paramount Partners LLC, represented the seller.
