The property sold for an undisclosed price.
Chase Dewese, Jack Davis and Joce Messinger, investment advisors with the DDM Hotels Group of Marcus & Millichap, represented the transaction on behalf of the seller, CN Hotels. The team also procured the undisclosed buyer. Brian Hosey assisted in the transaction as Virginia broker of record.

“This was a seamless transaction with a credible buyer and longstanding relationship client in CN Hotels,” says Dewese.
“Our team has now completed 24 transactions this year, with six of those being in Virginia,” adds Davis.
Tru by Hilton Wytheville is located at 245 Boyd Avenue.
