Law Firm’s Additional Commitment Brings Total Presence in Midtown Tower to Nearly 100,000 Square Feet
Rudin, a full-service real estate organization, and one of New York City’s largest private owners, operators and developers of best-in-class real estate, announced that full-service law firm Davis & Gilbert LLP is growing its headquarters at 1675 Broadway, a 35-story, 800,000 square-foot office tower in the heart of Midtown.
New York City-based Davis & Gilbert has occupied 86,102 square feet across the building’s 31st through 34th floors and a portion of the 35th floor since 2019. The new, 13-year lease, which adds 12,022 square feet on the 35th floor, runs coterminous with the existing footprint, bringing the firm’s total building presence to 98,124 square feet.

Situated at the corner of Broadway and West 52nd Street, the building was constructed using the air rights over the adjacent Broadway Theatre.
