JLL Retained by Brookfield Properties to lease Arlington Medical Center

Ballston-based medical office building has 53,309 SF of available space 

JLL announces today it has been retained by Brookfield Properties to lease Arlington Medical Center located at 1005 N. Glebe Road in the heart of Arlington’s Ballston neighborhood. The medical office building totals 173,814 square feet, with 53,309 square feet currently available for lease.

Arlington Medical Center boasts several appealing features including on-site amenities, café and patio area, designated patient pickup and drop-off, ample parking and close proximity to Ballston’s diverse mix of restaurants, retail and fitness offerings. Brookfield Properties is in the process of upgrading the building, which includes the renovation of the lobby, the addition of a tenant lounge, and the creation of three medical spec suites. The renovations for the lobby and lounge are nearing completion and will deliver by December 2023. The medical spec suite designs are being finalized and will deliver in 2024. Current notable tenants include INOVA and Virginia Heart and for added benefit, future Arlington Medical Center tenants will be able to leverage the building’s established in-house referral network utilized by current tenants.
