G&A Partners Acquires Arizona-Based HR Outsourcing Provider Integrity Outsource

G&A Partners, a professional employer organization and human resources outsourcing provider, announced today that it has acquired Integrity Outsource, a Phoenix-based PEO.  

Though G&A has an established presence in Arizona through two prior acquisitions, the acquisition of Integrity Outsource positions G&A to become a significant player in the Arizona PEO market.

This acquisition marks the 12th for G&A Partners in the past five years. In this continued period of growth, G&A has remained acutely focused on partnering with organizations that share similar financial and cultural values while expanding the firm’s geographic reach and establishing G&A as one of the nation’s largest PEOs.   

Joe Beers, Integrity Outsource’s president and CEO, will remain with G&A Partners, where he will focus on business development and client relationship management, including introducing Integrity clients to additional products and services available to them through G&A.

John Komadina, who served as Integrity Outsource’s director of revenue, will lead G&A’s sales efforts in Arizona.
