Cary Latham Joins Stream Realty Partners as VP on the Industrial Capital Markets Team

Stream Realty Partners has recruited industrial capital markets professional Cary Latham to help bolster the firm’s Industrial Capital Markets (ICM) business throughout the region.

Latham joins Stream, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, as a Vice President in its Houston office, working closely with Executive Managing Directors Seth Koschak and Matteson Hamilton to continue expanding the company’s industrial capital markets platform. His investment sales expertise ranges from small bay business parks to single tenant to sale leasebacks, and his extensive background will prove especially valuable as the group builds critical relationships with middle market investment groups and private investors within the space.

“Cary brings a very distinct skillset to the table within investment sales, and we’re confident that his commitment to delivering results for clients along with the opportunity to grow within the Stream platform will give him the springboard he needs to achieve long-term success,” said Stream’s Hamilton. “As we continue to grow our ICM business, his expertise will prove crucial in building out an impactful and comprehensive service offering throughout the region and beyond.”

For the past three years, Latham worked at Partners, most recently as a Senior Vice President in their Texas Investment Sales Division, where he specialized in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant office and industrial assets within the Houston market. Prior to that, he was with Marcus & Millichap for 2+ years, working in Industrial Investment Sales.

“The opportunity to join Stream at this point in my career is so exciting, and it couldn’t be happening at a more advantageous time,” said Latham. “The strategic growth that’s been occurring at the company over the last 12-18 months was a critical factor in my decision — as well as their client-first mentality, unparalleled resources, brand power and market reputation. I’m thrilled to be joining a team that aligns so seamlessly with my own values.”

Latham has been honored a multitude of times by industry organizations for his first-class service and perseverance. Most recently, he received the 2022 Crexi Platinum Broker Award, a performance-based award recognizing the top one percent of brokers on the platform and was also named to Houston Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters” list for industrial sales in 2022. While working at Marcus & Millichap, Latham received the Pace Setter Award, an honor presented only to agents who meet an exceptional standard of performance in their first four months.

As a fifth-generation Houstonian, Latham has strong roots in his community, including volunteering for and supporting Sky High For Kids, a Houston-based childhood cancer advocacy group, a cause that he and his family hold near to their hearts. A graduate of The University of Alabama, Latham received his B.S. in Marketing & Advertising with a minor in Business.

With 1,300+ industrial transactions completed annually totaling approximately 153.3 million square feet in the Texas region, Stream’s Industrial Capital Markets (ICM) team offers a comprehensive capital markets platform with industrial product expertise and end-to-end service delivery that includes investment sales, equity placement, and debt placement.
