“We’re excited to offer guests for a memorableThanksgiving experience – a curated 3-course prix fix menu priced at $75 per person. With a variety of options each course, guests can customize their Thanksgiving feast to their liking,” says General Manager Weng Lee.
For appetizers, guests can choose from a selection of mouthwatering dishes such as the refreshing Poached Pear Salad, featuring Urbana greens, fennel, goat cheese, and walnuts. Alternatively, they can savor the rich flavors of the Kabocha Squash Soup, served with crème fraiche and pumpkin seed oil. The Tuna Crudo, accompanied by kohlrabi slaw, citrus dressing, fish pepper aioli, and parsnips, offers a delightful seafood option. And for a unique twist on a classic, the Turkey Confit Deviled Eggs with crispy squash and mustard seeds are sure to please.
When it comes to the main course, guests can choose from an array of enticing options: Local Heritage Turkey Breast, served with pecan challah stuffing, sage sweet potato, confit leg, and cranberry chutney, pays homage to traditional Thanksgiving flavors or the Squash Agnolotti, with sage brown butter, parmesan, and bread crumbs, for a vegetarian option. For those seeking a different protein, the Braised Lamb Shank with apricot couscous and mint chimichurri is a tantalizing choice. And seafood lovers can indulge in the Nova Scotia Halibut, accompanied by mussel veloute, chorizo, fingerlings, and braised fennel.
To complement the meal, Halifax will be serving a variety of sides, including Tuscan-style Green Beans with tomato, fennel, and garlic, as well as Mixed Fall Vegetables featuring brussels sprouts, carrots, turnips, and onions. Of course, no Thanksgiving feast is complete without Mashed Potatoes, served with turkey gravy and chives.
For dessert, guests can choose from a selection of delectable treats. The Candied Yam Cobbler, featuring a sweet biscuit, marshmallow, streusel, honeycomb, and vanilla gelato, promises to be a crowd-pleaser. The Apple Pie Cheesecake, with spice crumble, ginger cream, whipped cream, and lemon sauce, offers a delightful fusion of flavors. And the classic Pumpkin Pie Tart with pumpkin mousse, marshmallow, and candied pumpkin seeds is the perfect choice.

This special menu includes Kabocha Squash Soup, Poached Pear Salad, Local Heritage Turkey Breast, Mashed Potatoes, Pecan Challah Stuffing, Turkey Leg Gravy, Mixed Fall Vegetables, Tuscan Green Beans, Cranberry Chutney, and a choice of one pie from Apple Crumble, Bourbon Pecan, Mixed Berry, or Pumpkin. Add ons include Braised Lamb Shank with Apricot Couscous, Squash Agnolotti, Fresh Baked Pie, or a bottle of House Red, White, or Sparkling Wine.
