KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING, a premier Florida-based association management company, hired several pivotal team members based in South Florida. The newest additions are Executive Director of Food & Beverage Stephen Clark, Executive Director of IT Mark Sanfilippo and Value & Procurement Manager Amado Nieto.

Clark leads KWPMC’s rapidly growing Food & Beverage division, a unique service the company provides at lifestyle and luxury communities across Florida. He has nearly two decades of experience with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, holding leadership roles at properties in Florida, California, Hawaii and the Bahamas. Clark has been successful in stabilizing leadership teams, improving employee turnover and achieving record financial performance within the F&B operation.

KWPMC also promoted Patrick Truchan from District Manager to Regional Vice President of Food & Beverage. Truchan will work closely with Clark to enhance the lifestyle and luxury communities KWPMC manages. The division’s services include daily culinary operations, customized menus, poolside dining and cocktails, and elegant clubhouse dining.

Sanfilippo leads KWPMC’s information technology team. Drawing on his technical expertise gained through prior roles as a Chief Technology Officer within the private equity-backed real estate sector, Sanfilippo is driving innovation and pushing boundaries in the property management industry. His goal is to position KWPMC as a pioneer in technological advancements, which will translate to an even higher standard of service for the company’s clients.

Nieto’s role centers on building upon KWPMC’s sourcing strategy, optimizing the purchasing supply chain, and creating shared value for vendors and clients alike. He previously worked in the consumer packaged goods sector, both domestically and abroad, focusing on strategic negotiations, vendor management and supply chain optimization. Nieto proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and applies the mantra “one team, one fight” to his professional career.

“Stephen Clark, Mark Sanfilippo and Amado Nieto are best-in-class professionals who significantly strengthen these critical divisions of our company,” KWPMC CEO Paul Kaplan said. “Their arrivals reflect how KWPMC is committed to being an innovator and industry leader that never stops developing new ways to provide exceptional service to our communities and residents.”
