Westerre I, located at 3951 Westerre Pkwy., is a 78,556-square foot Class A, 4-story office building that is 98.5% occupied. Westerre II, 3957 Westerre Pkwy., is an 84,631-square foot Class A, 4-story office building that is 84% occupied.
Seminole Trail Properties, out of Charlottesville, Virginia, acquired the assets on October 16, 2023, at an undisclosed purchase price. Sale negotiations were handled by Eric Robison of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group. Eric Robison comments, “The sale of Westerre I & II is evidence that welllocated office properties, near a strong amenity base, are still attractive to investors. With a diversified tenant rent roll and strong in-office occupancy, this portfolio will prove to be a tremendous acquisition for the buyer.”
