Snag a seat at the bar or on the patio and toast the haunted holiday with The Seagate Scare-tail ($18), a rich, deep violet-hued libation loaded with Pa’lante botanical rum, lemon, blood orange, pineapple juice, Florida simple syrup, and garnished with a ghoulish ghost ice cube. So creep-tacular, we think Vincent Price would approve.
The Seagate Scare-tail
2 oz. Pa’lante Botanical Gin
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.75 oz. Blood Orange Syrup
.75 oz. Pineapple Juice
.5 oz. Florida Simple Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and stir. Pour into a rocks glass over a large square ice cube. Enjoy!
