Valley View is pleased to present its first-ever Thrive Summit. This Return to Winter Sports Workshop is on Wednesday, Oct. 25, at 6 p.m. The event is an educational and interactive workshop to prepare for a thriving winter sports season. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and learn from experts at Valley View Physical Therapy, Cripple Creek Backcountry, Ripple Effect and True Nature Healing Arts. Athletes of all abilities are welcome.
Activities include:
- Movement health best practices for a thriving season with Valley View Physical Therapists.
- Gear and equipment fitting education with Cripple Creek Backcountry.
- Training options and approaches to the winter season with Ripple Effect.
- Whole body and mind recovery options with True Nature Healing Arts.
