Jack Resnick & Sons Inks Retail Lease with Club Pilates for New Midtown East Location at 850 Second Avenue

Subsidiary of Xponential Fitness Opens New Club Across 3,500 SF at the Base of The Delegate Condominium Tower

Jack Resnick & Sons is pleased to announce a new 10-year, 3,500-square-foot lease with Club Pilates, now open on the ground floor of The Delegate, a condominium tower built by Resnick at the corner of Second Avenue and 45th Street in Manhattan’s Midtown East neighborhood.

An affiliate of Midtown East Fitness and a subsidiary of Irvine, CA-based Xponential Fitness, the largest global franchise group of boutique fitness brands, Club Pilates currently operates more than 800 studios across four continents.

Jack Resnick & Sons, which owns and operates the retail condominium at the base of The Delegate, was represented in-house by Fran Delgorio and Brett Greenberg, along with Arial Schuster, Ross Berkowitz, Andrew Stern and Jake Siegel of Newmark. Club Pilates was represented by RIPCO’s Emily Kripitz and Beth Rosen, who are the exclusive brokers for the franchise in Manhattan.
