PulteGroup, one of the nation’s largest home builders, has acquired 27 acres near the intersection of Military Trail and Hypoluxo Road to develop 210 upscale townhomes. With this new development near Lake Worth, PulteGroup will have eight active communities in Palm Beach County in the coming year. This comes at a time when many other builders are closing out their communities and leaving the area because of land scarcity.
Everton, by Pulte Homes, will be priced from the high $400s to the low $500s. Home features and square footage are pending. The gated community is designed around two preserves and a lake that will give owners water and nature views. Amenities include a pool, cabana, and tot lot.
“Pulte has enjoyed tremendous success in Palm Beach County during our 40-plus years of actively building in the area, and we plan on being here for the long term,” said Brent Baker, Southeast Florida Division President. “With an attainable price point and a great location, we think Everton is positioned to absorb the ongoing demand for housing we see in this area,”
The new community is located in a largely residential area with retail, restaurants, schools, parks and schools close by. Florida’s Turnpike and I-95 are just minutes away from the site.
