Moore & Van Allen Member Mary Katherine Stukes Joins IADC

The International Association of Defense Counsel has announced that Mary Katherine H. Stukes, a Member and head of the Environmental practice at Moore & Van Allen PLLC in Charlotte, North Carolina, has accepted an invitation to join the IADC, the preeminent invitation-only global legal organization for attorneys who represent corporate and insurance interests.

Ms. Stukes advises clients on environmental issues involved in all types of business transactions, as well as regulatory compliance issues and environmental litigation. She also is a Fellow of the American College of Environmental Lawyers.

Ms. Stukes earned her J.D. (with honors) from the University of North Carolina School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
