Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton Partner Jeff Parker Joins International Association Of Defense Counsel

The International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) has announced that Jeff Parker, a partner at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP in Los Angeles, California, has accepted an invitation to join the IADC, the preeminent invitation-only global legal organization for attorneys who represent corporate and insurance interests.

“I am honored to be invited as a member of the prestigious International Association of Defense Counsel and look forward to working with other corporate defense attorneys and insurance executives who rely on the IADC for valuable educational and professional development opportunities,” Mr. Parker said.

Mr. Parker is a trial attorney who focuses on complex commercial disputes, products liability litigation, environmental litigation, and tort litigation involving environmental contamination or chemical exposure, Proposition 65 warnings, alleged defective products, and false advertising consumer class actions. He also helps clients develop PFAS regulatory compliance programs and Proposition 65 warnings programs.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Parker worked as an aerospace engineer on the design team for the U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster aircraft. He has received numerous honors and recognitions for his legal accomplishments, including being named by Best Lawyers® as the 2020 and 2024 “Lawyer of the Year” for Environmental Litigation in Los Angeles.

Mr. Parker received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering (with honors) from the University of Notre Dame.
