Freudenheim Partners announced that it has facilitated a new lease for Flare Education, a nonprofit providing critical training and experiences for high needs students, helping close the opportunity and achievement gaps.Flare Education signed a new lease for their headquarters in Roxbury, and now occupies 2,600 SF on the 2nd floor at 56 Warren Street (AKA 150 Dudley Street).
Ellie Cullinan represented the tenant, Flare Education, while Ken Girvin of Chandler Company, represented the landlord in this transaction.
