Kreischer Miller, a leading independent advisory, audit and accounting, and tax firm serving the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas, today announced that it promoted six team members to Manager – Elizabeth Bishop, Rachel Brown, John Ebling, Galina Ivaniv, Vince LoStracco, and Gina Nicoletti.

Elizabeth Bishop, CPA is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Small Business Advisory group. She initially joined Kreischer Miller’s Tax Strategies group in 2016 upon graduation from West Chester University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. As a Manager in the Small Business Advisory group, Liz provides integrated accounting, tax, and advisory services to family-owned and privately held small and middle market businesses. She assists them as their businesses grow and evolve, helping them with understanding their financial position, strategic tax planning, changing tax laws, and transition planning.
Rachel H. Brown, CPA is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Tax Strategies group. She joined Kreischer Miller in 2016 upon graduation from Bloomsburg University, were she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting as well as her Master of Accountancy. Rachel has experience providing tax services, including tax compliance and planning, for companies in a number of industries, most notably in the construction industry. Rachel is an active member of the firm’s Construction industry group where she frequently contributes to internal and client educational events. She was also part of the Construction Financial Management Association Philadelphia Chapter’s pilot Leadership Acceleration Program.
John Ebling, CPA is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Tax Strategies group. He joined Kreischer Miller in 2016. Prior to Kreischer Miller, John worked for a local CPA firm where he provided accounting and tax services to closely held and family-owned businesses. John received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bloomsburg University. He provides a variety of tax services and strategies, including tax compliance, tax planning, and tax research for multi-state companies, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals. He is also a member of Kreischer Miller’s ESOP group.
Galina Ivaniv, CPA is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Audit & Accounting group. She joined Kreischer Miller in 2018 upon graduation from Temple University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting as well as her Master of Accountancy. Galina has experience providing audit and accounting services to a number of businesses, including distribution companies, professional service organizations, and employee benefit plans. She is a key member of Kreischer Miller’s Audit & Accounting IT Committee, which creates efficiencies in the firm’s audit, tax, and advisory practices by exploring emerging technological developments and applying them to client engagements. As part of her Committee role she assists in researching new software and leading implementation, rollout, and internal training. Galina also serves as a counselor in the firm’s Career Counseling program, providing one-on-one guidance and professional development to her fellow team members.
Vince LoStracco, CPA is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Audit & Accounting group. He joined Kreischer Miller in 2019 upon graduation from West Chester University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Vince provides audit and accounting services to a variety of businesses, including those in the construction, real estate, distribution, and manufacturing industries. He also specializes in audits of employee benefit plans, including 401(k), pension plans, and ESOPs. Vince is also a member of the firm’s Construction and Real Estate industry groups.
Gina Nicoletti, CPA is a Manager in Kreischer Miller’s Audit and Accounting group. She joined Kreischer Miller in 2021. Prior to Kreischer Miller, Gina worked at KPMG, LLP in Philadelphia, PA as a senior associate where she provided audit and attest services to both private equity funds and public mutual funds. She received her Bachelor of Science and M.B.A in Accounting from La Salle University in 2017. Gina is a member of Kreischer Miller’s Investment Industry Group and provides audit and attest services to asset managers and investment funds. She serves clients who manage various asset classes including equity, fixed income, private placements, and private equity utilizing different investment structures including traditional funds, fund of funds, and master-feeders. In addition, she performs operational due diligence visits and SEC custody examinations.
