469-acre transaction also a Top 10 land sale by acreage in the Greater Houston area in past 12 months
NAI Partners recently arranged the sale of 469 acres located at the northwest corner of FM 362 and Owens Rd in Waller, Texas. The transaction is the 2nd-largest land sale by acreage in Waller—and the 8th-largest land sale by acreage in the entire Greater Houston area—completed over the last 12 months, per CoStar data.
Alex Makris, Senior Vice President, and Jeff Pittman, Senior Vice President, of the company’s Land Sales team, represented the seller/land owner, in the transaction.
“Waller County continues to experience exponential growth—underscored by both this 469-acre deal, as well as the 564-acre Beacon Hill parcel in which me and Jeff also represented the land owner in the sale to Wolfe Companies—and it’s gratifying having the opportunity to play a small role in helping our local communities expand with the prospect of quality developments,” said Mr. Makris. “This tract at FM 362 and Owens Rd will most likely become a first-class, single-family master-planned community and bring in much needed single-family residential to the Waller area.”
The property is located immediately north of the aforementioned Beacon Hill development along FM 362, just north of the Buc-ees on Hwy 290.
