Minoa Closes $2.7M Pre-Seed Funding Round

Minoa, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of software-driven value and pricing management solutions for enterprise SaaS sales, raised $2.7M in Pre-Seed funding.

The round was led by 468 Capital, with participation from Mischief (Plaid founder Zach Perret), AirAngels (Podcaster Lenny Rachitsky), Alumni Ventures and Fidi Ventures. Angel investors participating included Front founder Mathilde Collin, DocSend founder Russ Heddleston and senior executives from Amazon, AirBnb and Salesforce.

The company intends to use the funds to expand the team in San Francisco.

Led by CEO Max Elster, and Richard Einhorn CTO, Minoa develops software-driven value and pricing management solutions for effective enterprise SaaS sales. Its collaborative approach in partnering sellers with buyers and prospects in the sales process aims to give SaaS vendors customer insights that lead to high close rates, larger deal sizes and lower churn.
