Okan Tower Unveils First Look At Upcoming Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel

Okan Tower, the new mixed-use megaplex poised to be a landmark for Downtown Miami’s skyline, is proudly debuting the first renderings of its Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel. Showcasing the awe-inspiring lobby entrance, reception area, and lobby bar, the sophisticated design created by interior designer Adil Tunca, is highlighted with sweeping, breathtaking views of vibrant Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay.

Situated on the 13th – 30th floors of the soaring 70-story tower, the 316-key Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel will offer endless amenity and entertainment areas exclusive to hotel guests spread across three dedicated amenity levels including a pool, fitness center, spa, and versatile meeting rooms with spacious ballroom space. Seamlessly blending elegance and modernity, the sleek Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel will deliver an unparalleled guest experience for residents, visitors, and business travelers in Downtown Miami.

“We’re very pleased to partner with Hilton Hotels, renowned for their excellence in hospitality, as we bring to life a new destination that combines premium accommodations, unmatched views, and exceptional service,” said international property magnate and developer of Okan Tower, Bekir Okan, Chairman of Okan Group. “These new renderings highlight the remarkable design that awaits guests.”

Located at the crossroads of culture, entertainment, art, fine dining, Miami’s waterfront and most celebrated cultural and entertainment institutions at 555 North Miami Avenue, the mixed-use tower will also feature 163 Sky Residences with exclusive owners-only amenities, 236 Short-Term Rental Residences powered by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and 64,000 square feet of ‘Class A’ office space.

Exclusively marketed and sold by Fortune Development Sales, Okan Tower is set to be one of Miami’s tallest towers at 902 feet.

Currently under construction, Okan Tower recently underwent rigorous new piling tests mandated by the City’s building code for super tall towers over the past few months. All pilings passed their tests and the next phase of pile drilling is underway. Completion of the project is expected in 2027.

Okan Tower marks the first U.S. development for Okan Group, but is just the latest masterpiece in their extensive portfolio of renowned mixed-use projects that has earned the firm a global and deep-rooted reputation in the construction, banking, textile, production and tourism industries, among others.

Uniting a diverse collection of mixed-use elements in one vertical destination, Okan Tower was designed by internationally renowned architecture firm Behar Font & Partners who’ve given it a striking curvature façade inspired by the Turkish national flower, the tulip.

Okan Tower’s sales gallery is located at 542 North Miami Avenue. For more information, please call 305.600.1000 or visit www.okantowermiami.com.
