Cloudhesive, a Fourth Lauderdale, FL-based Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Consulting Partner, acquired a fellow Premier Partner Eplexity, based in Denver, Colorado, with additional investment from Strattam Capital.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The combined company will serve over 500 clients across a diversified set of industries, including oil and gas, logistics, travel and hospitality, healthcare, high-tech, and the public sector.
