Giant Food Will Open At Baltimore’s Perring Plaza In 2024

Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE:FRT) announced today that Giant Food will open at Perring Plaza in Baltimore, Md. in 2024.

Renovations at the 396,000-square-foot E. Joppa Road shopping center include a refresh of the façade, updated streetscape, and the addition of a common seating area and gathering place.

Perring Plaza offers easy access and great visibility along the Baltimore Beltway. Its regional and large national retailers include Mama Lucia’s, Crazy Crab Shack, Micro Center, Home Depot, Jo-Ann, among others.

Giant Food plans to fully renovate its approximately 55,000 square foot space at Perring Plaza.
