Eastman & Smith Welcomes Anna Schroeder

Eastman & Smith is pleased to announce that Anna Schroeder has rejoined the firm in our Findlay office. She will practice in the firm’s Business Law, and Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Practice Groups.

“To say we’re thrilled to have Anna back at Eastman & Smith is a significant understatement,” said Fadi Nahhas, Member and Chair of the Executive Committee. “Anna demonstrates on a daily basis, a strong work ethic, exceptional legal skills, and an unwavering commitment to client service and we’re excited to have her rejoin the firm for those reasons and more.” Previously, Anna served as a Trust Officer at Huntington National Bank for all of Northwest Ohio.

Anna works with clients on a wide range of corporate matters, such as entity formation, mergers, acquisitions, privacy measures and drafting contracts of all types. In her health care practice, she frequently engages in the corporate, transactional and regulatory needs of clients as well as compliance issues. She also has experience in personal estate planning including the drafting of wills, trusts, living wills and powers of attorney.

Anna, a Bluffton, Ohio native, serves as a board member for Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Toledo as well as the Hancock Properties Foundation, a supporting organization of the Findlay Community Foundation. She is also a member of the Findlay Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs and was a recipient of the 20 Under 40 award last year. She currently resides with her husband in Columbus Grove, Ohio and enjoys baking, traveling, and running, and she has participated in the Glass City Marathon.
