Marcus & Millichap Arranges $3.95M Sale of Williamsport Industrial Building

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 138,000-square foot industrial property located in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, according to Sean Beuche, regional manager of the firm’s Philadelphia office and Pennsylvania broker of record. The asset sold for $3,950,000.

Craig Dunkle and Mher Vartanian, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Dunkle and Vartanian.

This property was originally built in 1973, but had undergone multiple renovations and updates, including a roof resurfacing in 2017. The property also sits in the Williamsport industrial hub with easy access to State Route 15.
