Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. Welcomes Diptyque To East Hampton

Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., one of New York’s leading real estate organizations, is pleased to announce that renowned French perfume house Diptyque is opening a boutique in the Village of East Hampton at 11 Newtown Lane this summer.

Started by three aesthetic adventurers in Paris in 1961, Diptyque is a pioneering perfumery, a precursor of the art of living through the senses, where art and fragrance are integral to everything. Located just off the corner of Main Street, Diptyque’s new 640-square-foot store will feature 20 feet of store frontage on Newtown Lane.

“Diptyque is the perfect complement to the existing shops on Newtown Lane,” said Joshua Roth, Senior Vice President of Retail at Manhattan Skyline Management Corporation. “This internationally acclaimed luxury brand has long been a staple of homes out East, and now is the perfect time to establish a boutique in the heart of the Village of East Hampton.”

The Maison has retail locations in more than 20 countries around the world. While Diptyque has local boutiques throughout New York in Williamsburg, Nolita, Grand Central Terminal, Columbus Circle, and on Madison Avenue, which is currently undergoing renovation, its Hamptons location will be its first east of New York City.

“We feel right at home on Newtown Lane,” said Jennifer Sabarots, Vice President of Retail, Americas. “The area’s residents and visitors share our luxurious yet laidback aesthetic, and we look forward to building new customer relationships in this iconic location.”

Neighboring tenants to Diptyque’s new space include Gucci, Golden Goose, Aerin, Zimmerman, The Monogram Shop, Brunello Cucinelli, Tenet, A La Mode Shoppe, James Perse, Tod’s, Room & Board, Cartier and Prada.

Roth represented Manhattan Skyline in the long-term lease transaction. Diptyque was represented by Joel Isaacs and Nick Cowan of Isaacs and Company.
