Deltek announced today that Ronda Cilsick, Group Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO), has been recognized as a finalist for CapitalCIO’s 2023 Capital ORBIE Awards as CIO of the Year in the Large Corporate category. This prestigious award, presented by CapitalCIO in partnership with the Washington Business Journal, recognizes Chief Information Officers who are driving innovation and transforming leading organizations in the Washington, D.C. area.
Ronda is a skilled IT executive with over 25 years of experience. She has been Deltek’s CIO since 2019, where she is responsible for developing and implementing the technology vision for Deltek worldwide. Ronda is passionate about continuous learning development and serves as an executive leader for Deltek’s Mentorship program, as well asbeing the executive sponsor of the Global Green@Deltek Employee Resource Group (ERG) and an active participant in the Women@Deltek ERG and CHIEF – an organization focused on connecting and supporting women executives.In the more than 13 years she’s been with Deltek, Ronda has led and impacted multiple functions of the business, including Global Operations, Strategic Initiatives, Project and Program Management and Facilities.
