Ropers Majeski PC Partner Todd A. Roberts Joins International Association Of Defense Counsel

The International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) has announced that Todd A. Roberts, a partner at Ropers Majeski PC in Menlo Park, California,  has accepted an invitation to join the IADC, the preeminent invitation-only global legal organization for attorneys who represent corporate and insurance interests.

With more than 30 years of broad and varied experience focused on business litigation, Mr. Roberts services as chair of Ropers Majeski’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He focuses his practice on the defense of businesses and management in fiduciary and shareholder disputes, trade secrets, intellectual property, employment, real estate and business contracts, and insurance coverage and bad faith matters at both the court and appellate level.

Mr. Roberts’ other professional affiliations include the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC), serving as the FDCC’s former director and senior director, convention chair (Maui, Hawaii, 2018) and program chair (Montreux, Switzerland, 2017). He also is a recipient of the FDCC’s John Appleman and Joseph Olshan awards. Mr. Roberts is a member and former board member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada, and a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, Defense Research Institute, and San Mateo County Bar Association. In addition, he is a member of the ADR Panel, USDC: Northern District of California Mediation Panel, and the ADR Panel, California Superior Court, San Mateo County, Arbitration and Mediation Panel.

Mr. Roberts earned his JD from the University of California, Davis, and holds a Mediation Certificate from Harvard Law School. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon.
