Anchor Health Properties Launches $2M Renovation To Atlanta Medical Office Building

Anchor Health Properties has launched a $2 million renovation program at The Pavilion at Windy Hill, a 90,379-square-foot medical office building at 2550 Windy Hill Road SE in Marietta, Georgia. Transwestern’s Steve Hall, John V. Lopez and Bo Stuart provide leasing services for the property on behalf of Anchor, a national, full-service healthcare real estate development, management and investment company.

Planned property enhancements include a new driveway and canopy for patient pick-up and drop-offand upgrades to the exterior façade, HVAC system and elevator. The improvement program is expected to be completed by spring 2024.

Situated within the Cumberland/Galleria Submarket, The Pavilion at Windy Hill is on Wellstar Windy Hill Hospital’s campus, near The Battery Atlanta and Cobb Galleria, and offers convenient access to I-75 and I-285. The three-story, multi-tenant building features two ambulatory surgery centers and three operating rooms. Notable tenants include ResurgensOrthopaedics, Northwest Georgia Surgery Center and Pediatric Orthopaedic Associates.
