Everstream Analytics, a San Marcos, CA-based supply chain insights and risk analytics software company, acquired BlueNode, a Halifax, Canada-based company that automates the enrichment of intermodal logistic data with an AI-powered cleansing and integration engine.

BlueNode automates the enrichment of intermodal logistic data with an AI-powered cleansing and integration engine that helps streamline logistics and facilitates carbon emission measurement and reporting. The company aligns the flow of information with the flow of goods to deliver improved data transparency, reliability, and availability.

Its capabilities, refined in partnership with maritime port authorities, will enable improved data quality in the market of shippers, carriers, 3PLs, customs brokers, and transportation marketplaces, as well as downstream intermodal partners. For the public sector, BlueNode solutions enable government agencies to aggregate often disparate data from varied sources to inform trade compliance, public health, and economic policy.
