Chantilly-based information technology company DirectViz Solutions LLC announced Friday that Michael McHugh has been promoted to CEO.
McHugh was most recently the company’s chief operating officer, and has more than 25 years of experience working in the technology industry. Before his time with DirectViz, he served as president of the defense and national security division for Digital Management Inc. He also previously worked with Butler Technology Solutions and was vice president of BAE Systems’ defense group.
“I looked for the type of leadership we would need for our next phase of growth — bringing both experience and focus to the company,” Vinnie Tran, DirectViz’s president and chairman of the board of directors, said in a statement.
