PulteGroup Announces New DiVosta Homes Community in Vero Beach

Costa Pointe to offer 202 single-story homes and villas near beach, parks and cultural attractions

PulteGroup, one of the nation’s largest home builders, has acquired 29 acres of pastureland in Indian River County for the first phase development of Costa Pointe, a new DiVosta Homes community. Divosta is PulteGroup brand. At completion, the community will have 202 sites for one-story single-family homes and villas, many with lake views. Prices have not been announced.

“Costa Pointe will have a friendly vibe to match the laid-back lifestyle of Vero Beach,” said Brent Baker, PulteGroup’s Southeast Florida Division President. “With the amenities onsite and plethora of attractions nearby, the community will be ideal for active adults who are in or nearing retirement.”

Costa Pointe will be located on 41st Street between U.S.1 and Indian River Boulevard, close to the Indian River Lagoon and Atlantic Ocean beaches. Owners will enjoy a 3,300-square-foot clubhouse with a community room, fitness center, a grand hall and a resort-style pool. The planned community sits fewer than 10 miles north of downtown Vero Beach with its shopping and gourmet restaurants, and just a few miles from the Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital.

Cultural attractions such as the Riverside Theatre and the Vero Beach Museum of Art are a short drive away. So too are parks and the McKee Botanical Garden, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Sebastian’s stores and restaurants are just minutes to the north. Costa Pointe will be easily accessed from the I-95 exit to State Road 512 and the Vero Beach Regional Airport.

DiVosta is building a strong presence in Indian River County. It is currently selling single-family homes at Preserve of Waterway Village at 4236 Basket Oak Circle. Prices start at $352,990. Sales will soon begin at Harbor Isle, a 100-acre community near the Indian River Lagoon. Prices there will start in the low $500s. Other DiVosta communities include Cove at Waterway Village and Lakes at Waterway Village.
